1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to CommsJobs and accessing the CommsJobs database ("the Database"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not subscribe or use the Database.

CommsJobs is operated by Daniel Mendez, an individual ("I", "me", "my"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Database and any related communications.

2. What CommsJobs Is

CommsJobs is a free, curated database of communications job opportunities sourced from public posts on LinkedIn. It is operated as a community resource for communications professionals.

I curate all listings personally. CommsJobs is not a job board, a staffing agency, or a recruiter. I have no affiliation with any employer listed in the Database.

3. Access and Eligibility

Access to the Database is free and granted upon subscription. To subscribe you must:

• Provide your real name, email address, and location
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Agree to these Terms

I reserve the right to deny or revoke access to any subscriber at any time, for any reason, without notice.

4. Permitted Use

You may access the Database for personal, non-commercial job search purposes only. You may share individual job listings with others for personal use.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Scrape, copy, reproduce, or republish the Database or any portion of it
• Use the Database for commercial purposes, including reselling listings or leads
• Use automated tools to access the Database
• Share your access credentials or the Database link publicly
• Use the Database to spam, solicit, or contact job posters without their consent

6. Accuracy of Listings

All job listings are sourced from public LinkedIn posts. I do not verify the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing. Job roles may be filled, removed, or changed at any time without notice.

CommsJobs makes no guarantee that any listing will result in employment. You use the Database at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The curation, selection, and organization of listings in the Database is my original work. You may not reproduce or distribute the Database as a whole without my written permission.

Individual job listings remain the property of their original posters. I claim no ownership over third-party content.

8. Communications

By subscribing, you agree to receive email communications related to CommsJobs, including access confirmation and occasional updates. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link included in every email.

I will never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Database is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. I make no representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any listing or content in the Database.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Database, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or reliance on inaccurate listings.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Database after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. I will notify subscribers of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
